Tucked deep in the Stehekin Valley along the cool, emerald blue-green waters of Lake Chelan, the Lodge at Stehekin is the idyllic getaway. Our 27-room lodge and Lake House are surrounded by rugged, glacier-capped mountain peaks, rich forests ripe in unique fauna and wildlife, and abound in activities for nature lovers and outdoors sports enthusiasts of all levels.
Your family’s perfect escape to the Lodge at Stehekin begins with your journey getting there. The Lodge is so remote in the unspoiled wilderness, you can only find your way to this pristine destination by passenger ferry, seaplane, or an adventurous and challenging hike.
Discover one of the most diverse and beautiful natural wonders the U.S. has to offer at the Lodge at Stehekin.
GETTING TO STEHEKIN: We love our isolation, but it takes some extra planning for our guests. To get to Stehekin our guests must plan to take The Lady of the Lake (boat ferry) from Chelan, or make the beautiful 23-mile hike from Highway 20 to High Bridge where you hop on the red bus to Stehekin. Lodge staff meet The Lady of The Lake to provide luggage assistance for our arriving and departing guests.
